Now, we are leveraging our long track record of success and applying it both to pets \+ people.” – Steven Shweky, Top Dog **About the Role:** **MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING INTO CLUBS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.** We’re seeking a **National Account Manager** to drive sales and build strong partnerships across both Pets and People with a focus on growing the **Club** business. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic account plans, expand distribution, and maximize revenue opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast\-paced, creative environment and contribute to a rapidly growing business. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Own and manage** key national accounts, with a primary focus on **growing the Club business.** * **Develop and execute** strategic business plans to drive sales, market share, and brand growth across assigned accounts. * **Identify and pursue** new business opportunities to expand distribution and increase sales. * **Collaborate cross\-functionally** with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets. * **Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights** to optimize business performance and drive informed decision\-making. * **Negotiate and execute** pricing, promotions, and trade programs with grocery, mass, and drug retailers and distributors. * **Deliver compelling sales presentations** that engage and influence key stakeholders. * **Manage day\-to\-day business operations** , including account management, item setup, logistics, and promotional execution. * **Leverage broker networks** to expand reach and maximize sales opportunities (where applicable). * **Represent the company** at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen relationships and drive brand awareness. * **Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement** within the sales team. **What We’re Looking For:** * **5\+ years of Club sales experience working with Sam’s Club and Costco** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Strong **account management** and **relationship\-building skills** * Proven ability to **develop and execute** sales strategies that drive revenue growth. * Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills** . * Data\-driven **strategic thinker** with strong analytical abilities. * Proficiency in **CRM software** and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to thrive in a **fast\-paced, dynamic** environment. * **Willingness to travel** as needed.
