LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing lifestyle brand in the CPG/ Food space in their search for a
**National Sales Director**
for their Toronto office.
In this role, you will lead and scale the Canadian business within a high\-growth CPG category. This is a unique opportunity for a senior commercial leader to own the full market strategy, drive national expansion, and deliver sustained, profitable growth across Canada’s top retail partners.
**What You’ll Do**
* Own and execute the Canadian growth strategy, including full P\&L responsibility
* Drive expansion across major national and regional retailers
* Build and strengthen senior\-level relationships with key retail partners
* Lead all sales activities from strategic planning through execution
* Identify new distribution opportunities and unlock category growth
* Expand product presence and performance across leading grocery accounts
* Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, R\&D) to align on business priorities
* Collaborate with operations and external partners to support logistics, supply chain, and production initiatives
* Contribute market insights to inform innovation and long\-term strategy
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
* Ensure strong execution against strategic and commercial objectives
**What You Have**
* 10\+ years of experience in sales within the food or CPG industry, with at least two years of leadership experience
* Proven success scaling branded products within major Canadian retailers
* Strong experience managing national accounts and complex retail relationships
* Demonstrated ownership of P\&L and delivery of revenue growth
* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into action
* Effective communicator with the ability to influence cross\-functional and external stakeholders
* Self\-starter who thrives in an autonomous, fast\-paced environment

Base salary: $155k\-$170k depending on experience, with bonus eligibility. First\-year on\-target earnings typically range from $190k\-$205k.

While this is a full remote position (with some required travel), this position does require the candidate to reside in Toronto.
