In addition to our authentic deli offerings, our expanding portfolio includes the distribution of high\-quality complementary brands, allowing us to offer a complete retail solution across Canada. **Position Summary** The **National Account Manager** is responsible for leading and managing strategic customer relationships with key national retail partners across the growing Brandt portfolio of products and brands. This role drives sustained and profitable growth through strong business planning, exceptional execution of sales fundamentals, and close alignment with customer strategies. Key responsibilities include promotional planning and tracking, securing new listings, managing monthly and annual reporting, and contributing to product innovation and portfolio expansion. Success in this role requires building strong internal and external relationships and collaborating cross\-functionally with teams across the organization. **Key Accountabilities** * Develop incremental business within assigned national retail customers for all Brandt and distributed brand products. * Serve as the key sales lead in the execution and growth of the Brandt portfolio. * Build and establish strong business relationships that support profitable volume growth and long‑term customer partnerships. * Collaborate with internal teams—including Production, Food Safety, Finance, and Supply Chain—to execute customer\-specific plans. * Support the creation, execution, and tracking of annual business plans to achieve defined goals and performance metrics. * Lead and manage promotional features, monthly business reviews, sales tracking, and customer/product performance reporting. * Prepare and submit listing forms; manage vendor portals, GS1 data, and customer documentation requirements. **Qualifications** * University degree or College diploma in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. * 2–5 years of National Account Management experience, preferably within the CPG, grocery, or packaged goods industry. * Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities. * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with sales reporting tools and customer portals.
