The Montessori Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing lesson plans, delivering effective and engaging learning experiences tailored to students' needs, and fostering a supportive and stimulating classroom environment. The role also involves assessing student progress, maintaining open communication with parents, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the success of each student. **Qualifications** * Strong skills in Lesson Planning and adapting teaching materials to meet individual learning needs * Expertise in Education and Teaching, with a focus on Montessori methods and child development * Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and staff * Proficient in Training and mentoring students to encourage academic and personal growth * Montessori teaching certification or relevant qualification is highly desirable * Experience working with children in Early Years or Primary education * Understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and classroom management techniques * Passion for fostering creativity, critical thinking, and a love for learning in young minds ***Send your CV at mail@fosterinternational.edu.pk***
