You will guide children through meaningful learning experiences tailored to their developmental needs. **Key Responsibilities** Prepare and maintain a well\-organized Montessori environment Observe each child and provide individualized learning experiences. Introduce Montessori materials and concepts at the right developmental stage Foster a calm and respectful classroom culture through positive discipline Maintain records of student progress and development Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth **Qualifications** Certification in Montessori / NTT / IMTC / ECCE **Minimum 2 Years Of Teaching Experience (preferred)** **We’re Looking For** Strong observation and classroom management skills Patience, empathy, and a deep respect for children Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning
