**About The Role** We are seeking a highly experienced Midlevel QC \& QA Specialist to handle end\-to\-end testing efforts and ensure the delivery of high\-quality software products. This role combines hands\-on testing expertise with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring QA teams, driving best practices, and acting as the main point of contact for all quality\-related matters. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, technically strong in both manual and automated testing, and confident in leading client\-facing discussions. **Key Responsibilities** ****Testing Strategy \& Execution**** * Design, plan, and oversee end\-to\-end testing strategies across the SDLC * Ensure coverage of both functional and non\-functional requirements * Define and implement risk\-based testing and regression strategies ****Automation \& Manual Testing**** * Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks * Perform detailed manual testing to identify edge cases and hidden defects ****Bug Tracking \& Quality Control**** * Identify, document, and track defects with high accuracy and attention to detail * Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues ****Continuous Improvement**** * Stay updated on new testing tools and methodologies * Drive innovation and improvements in QA processes and practices **Requirements** ****Experience**** * 3\+ years of experience in QA/QC * Strong experience in both manual and automated testing * Proven experience designing test plans, test cases, and regression suites ****Technical Skills**** * Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and SDLC * Experience with automation tools and scripting languages * Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools * Experience with version control systems * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus ****Education**** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
