Candidates on visit or cancelled visa is preferred.** **Job Summary:** Sanya General Contracting and Maintenance LLC, a leading Interior and MEP fit\-out company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Electrical Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must hold a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering, possess a minimum of 4\-5 years of experience in UAE as a site engineer in the MEP fit\-out industry, and be proficient in AutoCAD. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. As an MEP Electrical Site Engineer at Sanya, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the successful implementation of MEP Electrical systems on our projects. A valid UAE driving license is compulsory for this position. If you meet these qualifications and are ready to contribute to our innovative projects, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities:** **Site Supervision:** Oversee and manage MEP installations on\-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards. **Coordination:** Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to coordinate MEP activities with overall project requirements. **AutoCAD Proficiency:** Utilize AutoCAD for reviewing and modifying MEP drawings as needed during the construction phase. **Quality Assurance:** Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the proper functioning of MEP systems. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and work progress reports. **Safety Compliance:** Enforce and promote safety protocols on\-site, ensuring a secure working environment. **Problem Solving:** Identify and resolve issues related to MEP systems, offering innovative solutions when required. **Communication:** Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering is compulsory. * Minimum of 4\-5 years of experience as a MEP Electrical site engineer in the MEP fit\-out industry in UAE. * Experience in both Interior and MEP fit\-out projects is preferred. * Knowledge in all MEP services.(HVAC,Plumbing,Electrical and Fire Fighting) * Proficiency in AutoCAD for MEP applications. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office software. * Previous experience as an MEP Electrical Site Engineer in the UAE is preferred. * Valid UAE driving license is compulsory. * Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Attention to detail and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.
