MEP Cost Estimator

**Job Title: MEP \& Fit\-Out Cost Estimator** **Job Description:** We are seeking a detail\-oriented **MEP \& Fit\-Out Estimator** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for MEP works and interior fit\-out projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and project requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications for MEP and fit\-out works * Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take\-offs, and pricing for tenders * Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors * Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams * Evaluate project risks and recommend cost\-effective solutions * Maintain records of estimates, quotations, and project cost data **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field * 3\+ years of experience in MEP and fit\-out estimation * Dubai experience is a Must * Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and fit\-out works * Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs * Strong analytical and communication skills Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * Do you have prior experience as an estimator in MEP and fit outs? please explain * How many years of experience do you have in Construction industry? * What is your visa status? * What is your current salary?
