Our client Noorani Surgical Private Limited is looking for a Medical Equipment General Manager in Lahore
The General Manager at Noorani Surgical Private Limited plays a pivotal role in implementing company policies, procedures, and regulations while overseeing all administrative and departmental functions. The role involves hiring, training, and motivating showroom staff to ensure efficient day\-to\-day operations, including inventory management and customer complaint resolution. This individual will develop and analyze sales strategies, expand the product range, and ensure that marketing and sales teams meet organizational goals. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills are essential to ensure accurate reporting and effective interdepartmental collaboration. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the medical field who can bring domain\-specific insights to the role, enhancing the company's market position and operational excellence.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage a team of 40 showroom and head office staff, including recruitment, training, motivation, and performance evaluation.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, expand the product range, and improve customer satisfaction in the showroom.
* Plan and supervise showroom layout and product displays to create an attractive and customer\-friendly shopping environment.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
* Prepare, submit, and manage government and military tenders, ensuring compliance with all procedural requirements and timely follow\-up to secure orders.
* Coordinate import processes including customs clearance, freight management, and pricing strategies to optimize operational costs.
* Manage financial aspects of the showroom operations, including budgeting, cost control, and sales data analysis to guide decision\-making.
* Ensure all products are adequately stocked and displayed according to company standards and market demands.
* Oversee administrative functions and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations across all departments.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to support managerial decisions and communication.
* Implement effective supervisory techniques to enhance team productivity and maintain compliance with company guidelines.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Support project management activities related to showroom improvements, product launches, and operational enhancements.
* Drive business development initiatives to increase market share and strengthen customer and supplier relationships.
* Conduct regular inventory audits and oversee disciplinary actions when necessary to maintain operational discipline and efficiency.
* Apply knowledge of the medical equipment sector to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
