The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training content focused on medical billing and coding concepts. Tasks include planning and leading virtual classes, developing educational materials, simplifying complex concepts, and assessing student performance. Additionally, the role involves mentoring learners, staying updated on industry trends, and employing best practices for teaching and remote learning. **Qualifications** * In\-depth knowledge of Medical Terminology and ICD\-10 coding standards. * Experience with insurance processes, including Medicare guidelines and procedures. * Understanding of medical billing practices, including handling and resolving claim denials. * Strong instructional skills, including the ability to present complex topics in a clear and engaging manner. * Proficiency in delivering online instruction and using virtual teaching tools. * Relevant certification such as CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) is preferred. * Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for education and empowering professionals.
