**Job Title:** Marketing Manager (B2C) **Location:** Chennai **Salary:** Up to ₹40,000 per month **Experience:** Minimum 5 years (B2C Marketing) **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Joining:** Immediate About the Role We are hiring a Marketing Manager located in Chennai with deep B2C marketing experience and a strong digital and telecalling track record. You will run paid campaigns, manage a telecalling team, hit monthly targets reliably, and lead planning across people and processes while joining immediately. Key Responsibilities **1\. Digital Marketing \& Ad Campaigns** * Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns in Google, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels * Run performance\-led campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion * Monitor and report performance metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions) and act fast to improve ROI * Coordinate with creative/content teams to deliver high\-quality ads, landing pages, and messaging **2\. Telecalling \& Lead Management** * Manage and lead a telecalling team for strong lead qualification, follow\-up, and conversions * Build scripts, objection\-handling frameworks, and training systems for the team * Track daily activity and conversion ratios, ensuring disciplined CRM usage and clean lead tracking * Resolve issues quickly when quality, conversion, or process gaps appear **3\. Target Achievement \& Planning** * Create and run monthly/quarterly marketing plans bounded by budgets and lead/sales targets * Set clear weekly and monthly targets and cascade them accurately across channels and the telecalling team * Align campaigns and telecalling workflows to sales outcomes and tighten execution to avoid target shortfalls * Correct course promptly when performance starts shifting off plan **4\. Team \& Stakeholder Management** * Lead, coach, and develop marketing and telecalling team members with structured feedback and development plans * Coordinate coordination across sales, operations, and leadership for aligned timelines and expectations * Run consistent reviews, training sessions, and escalation processes for steady improvement **5\. Reporting \& Analysis** * Own dashboards and MIS reporting across digital marketing and telecalling performance * Analyse trends to improve channel choices, campaign configurations, conversion paths, and team efficiency * Deliver periodic leadership reports with obvious insights and concrete next actions Required Skills \& Qualifications * Graduate in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field (MBA preferred) * Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C marketing with delivery history * Demonstrated experience in: * Digital marketing and paid ad campaign execution and optimization * Leading a telecalling / inside sales team toward performance targets * Meeting and sustaining lead/conversion and sales targets month\-over\-month * People management leadership with proven mentoring and training capability * Practical knowledge of tools/platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Analytics, basic SEO/SMO * Experience with CRM systems and structured lead management processes * Strong planning, organization, metrics\-driven analysis, and communication skills * Immediate availability for joining What We Offer * Salary up to ₹40,000 per month based on experience and results * Potential performance incentives where applicable (customize to policy) * Responsibility for building and scaling a core Chennai marketing and telecalling engine * Direct visibility and influence on end\-to\-end B2C growth outcomes Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
