**Role Description**
The Market Sales Manager \- Canada is a full\-time, outside\-sales role based in Brampton, ON. The role involves managing and expanding customer accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the Canadian market. You will develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross\-functional teams, analyzing performance metrics, ensuring client satisfaction, and representing the company at industry events and trade shows. This is an outside sales job and involves Travelling within Ontario on a daily basis and Travelling Nationally 3\-4 times a year, for periods not exceeding 5 Business days at a time.
**Qualifications**
* Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
* Experience in Outside Sales, market research, developing sales strategies, and identifying business opportunities
* Effective communication, presentation, and relationship\-building abilities
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting analytics
* Ability to work on\-site in Brampton, ON, and travel as needed for client and industry engagements
* Knowledge of watercare solutions or relevant industry experience is a plus
