Manager/Senior Manager -Commercial Contracts & Transactions Counsel- Legal

We are looking to hire exceptionally motivated and talented professionals to join our **Legal team** at senior positions having experience of both general commercial contracts and transactions. * Service Agreements, Manpower Agreements, Operation \& Maintenance Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Memorandum of Understanding etc. * **Transactional Work:** Assist in various transactions undertaken by the Group like joint venture, collaborations, merger \& acquisition, share purchase\& shareholders’ arrangement, operation \& management, revenue share arrangements etc. includes preparation of checklists, conducting due diligence and interaction with external legal counsels in this regard. * **Banking related arrangement:** Assist with the review and closureof various bankingneeds and documentation with the banks like sanction letters, loan agreement, escrow arrangement, etc. * **Others arrangements:** Arrangements for software licenseand AI development, real estate,related party transactions, employment \& labour matters, POSH matters, CSR matters, etc. * **Independent interaction with senior management/ HoDs:** Interaction with senior management and internal/ externalclients to better understand their requirements, address their queries and ensure smooth resolution and closure.
