Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1\) Talent Management:**
* Support with succession planning and identification of high\-potential talent across critical roles
* Establish organization\-wide talent grids and calibrate talent decisions with leadership.
* Partner with HRBPs to drive career architecture, internal mobility, and talent reviews
* Support leadership and functional capability building initiatives aligned to business priorities
**2\) Organization Development:**
* Drive behavioural competencies implementation and integration into HR processes
* Support culture diagnostics, engagement surveys, and action planning
* Design and facilitate organization design, role clarity, and change management initiatives
* Support interventions related to ways of working, collaboration, and leadership effectiveness
**3 Leadership Enablement:**
* Partner with business and HR leaders to assess capability gaps.
* Partner with L\&D to translate TM insights into targeted development programs
* Support design of manager capability programs (coaching, feedback, performance leadership)
* Track effectiveness of TM \& OD interventions through defined metrics
**4\) Stakeholder Management \& Governance:**
* Work with business leaders to ensure TM and OD programs are practical and adoption\-focused
* Coordinate with COEs (L\&D, TA, HR Ops) for seamless execution
* Ensure documentation, governance, and process discipline in TM initiatives
This role will report to the functional Lead\- TM \& OD.
Qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in HR from tier 1 or tier 2 institutes.
Experience: 2\-5 years of experience in
**Talent Management, OD, or HR COE roles**
Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or large matrix organizations preferred
