Job Description
**Title:** Manager \- Talent Development \& Rewards **Location** : Abu Dhabi **Sector:** Financial Services We are currently supporting a leading organisation in the UAE with the search for an experienced Manager \- Talent Development \& Rewards to join their Human Capital team. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping talent strategy, performance management, succession planning, and total rewards frameworks across the business. **Key Responsibilities** **Talent Development \& Learning** * Design and deliver the organisation’s annual learning and development strategy * Lead training needs analysis and implement targeted development programmes * Oversee leadership development, mentorship, and employee capability building initiatives **Performance Management** * Manage the full employee performance cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration * Ensure strong alignment between individual objectives and overall business strategy * Support leaders with performance frameworks, reporting, and improvement plans **Succession Planning \& Talent Strategy** * Develop and maintain succession plans for critical roles * Build and manage talent pipelines and career pathing frameworks * Drive internal mobility and long\-term workforce planning **Total Rewards \& Compensation** * Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits frameworks * Manage annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and market benchmarking exercises * Provide expert advice to senior leadership on reward strategy and policy **Leadership \& Stakeholder Management** * Lead and develop a team within the Talent Development and Rewards function * Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads to deliver people strategies * Support organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement programmes Mandatory requirements: * UAEN Applicants only please * 7 years minimum in total rewards/compensation \& benefits * 3 years minimum in Talent Management/L\&D * Bachelors degree minimum qualification * Experience in financial services sector preferred
