Job Description
The Manager TA Head is responsible for leading TA agenda for the whole bank and developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives. The role involves managing core HR functions including recruitment, and compliance with labor laws. Reporting will be directly to the CHRO.
Job Responsibilities:
* Design, own, and implement TA strategies and policies for the whole bank
* Accountable for hiring manager experience and candidate experience
* Supervise end‑to‑end recruitment for field roles, operational roles, and head office positions
* Drive DEI recruitment initiatives, ensuring inclusive hiring practices across all departments
* Develop and execute hiring strategies for PWD hiring, ensuring accessibility and accommodation throughout the recruitment process
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, niche, and high\-volume roles
* Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and workforce planning
* Supervise, mentor, and guide the TA team to achieve hiring SLAs and quality standards
* Design competency‑based selection process and ensure alignment with organizational culture
* Maintain recruitment dashboards, analytics, and periodic reporting to management
* Strengthen employer branding through career pages, social media presence, and engagement events
* Ensure full compliance with company policies, hiring approvals, and local labor regulations
* Build and maintain relationships with universities, external agencies, and recruitment partners
* Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hire
* Participate in HR projects related to workforce planning, retention, and organizational development
* Any other tasks assigned by line manager or HR leadership
Experience \& Qualification:
* 5–7 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
* Banking industry experience will be preferred
* At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead TA role
* Proven experience hiring for field, branch\-level, and head office roles
* Hands\-on experience with DEI (Diversity, Equity \& Inclusion) hiring and PWD (Persons with Disabilities) hiring frameworks
* Experience in high\-volume hiring, employer branding, and recruitment process optimization
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Certifications in Recruitment, HR, or Talent Management (preferred)
