It will establish a 6\-month eligibility list which may be used to fill similar positions within Dawson City. This pivotal role provides leadership, strategic planning, and hands\-on management to ensure residents receive safe, high\-quality, and respectful care services. As Manager of Resident Care, you’ll inspire and support the team while building strong relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders.
