**Job Summary:** The Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to The Fertility Partners (“TFP”) leadership and its network of clinics across Canada. The HRBP provides guidance on people strategy, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness to support business objectives and operational excellence. This role works closely with TFP network and clinic leaders, acting as a dedicated HR Business Partner to clinic managers across the network — close enough to understand their day\-to\-day realities, and skilled enough to translate those realities into pragmatic HR solutions that allow leaders to focus on patient care and clinic performance. The Manager, HRBP plays a key role in supporting leadership capability, managing complex employee relations matters, driving talent initiatives, and ensuring HR practices align with TFP’s culture, values, and strategic priorities. **Duties/Responsibilities:** *Strategic HR Business Partnership* * Act as a trusted advisor to network and clinic leaders on all human resources matters including employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development, and performance management. * Demonstrate strong business acumen by understanding clinic operations, financial drivers, and patient care delivery models to ensure HR recommendations are grounded in operational reality. * Partner with leaders to identify workforce trends, challenges, and opportunities — using turnover, engagement, and recruitment data to recommend proactive, evidence\-based HR solutions. * Support the development and implementation of HR programs related to compensation, benefits, learning and development, and employee engagement. * Support organizational change initiatives including clinic integrations, restructuring, and operational transformation. *Employee Relations \& Leadership Coaching* * Serve as a trusted thought partner and coach to leaders, building their confidence and capability to handle people matters independently and effectively. * Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters including performance management, workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations. * Manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion, and risk awareness. *Talent Management \& Workforce Development* * Support and engage the TFP Talent Acquisition team by partnering with hiring managers to identify workforce needs. * Guide leaders through performance management and development planning, leveraging workforce data to identify retention risks, high potentials, and capability gaps. * Identify opportunities to strengthen leadership capability and employee engagement across clinics. * Support succession planning and development initiatives. *Organizational Effectiveness \& Change Management* * Lead and support change management initiatives related to organizational growth, operational improvements, and HR program implementation. * Assess the impact of HR programs using relevant metrics and bring data\-driven recommendations to senior leadership on where to invest, adjust, or scale people initiatives. * Assist in developing tools, training, and resources that enable clinics to operate more independently in day\-to\-day HR matters. **Required Skills/Abilities:** * Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy with organizational objectives * Demonstrated experience advising leaders on complex employee relations matters * Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation across multiple provinces * Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills * Ability to provide clear, pragmatic guidance in an ambiguous and fast\-paced environment * Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities * High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity * Ability to lead change and drive organizational initiatives **Education and Experience:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. * 5\+ years of progressive human resources experience. * Certified Human Resources Professional/Leader (CHRP or CHRL) designation or working toward certification is preferred.
