Job Description
**Role Purpose:**
HR Business Partner responsible for all human resource activities in the region. Specifically, recruitment, employee engagement activities, Learning \& Development, HR Operations in line with policies and procedures, and implementation of Performance Management Processes.
**Key Activities:**

**Talent:**
* Provide recruitment support, ensure quality \& timeliness
* Support identification of internal talent and development planning.
* Facilitate and ensure career and succession planning.
**Employee Engagement**
* Conduct open houses
* Drive EOS implementation and action planning
* Coordinate reward \& recognition
* Handle employee grievances
**Learning \& Development**
* Ensure development of quality IDP’s and roll out of the training calendar, induction and On Job Training.
**Performance Management**
* motiv8 facilitation, ensure quality and timeliness
**HR Operations**
* Monitoring Leave Planning, attendance, joining \& exit formalities Employee discipline,
**Office Admin:**
* Health and Safety, legal compliances, working conditions

* Clear briefing, timely feedback

**HR Director:**
* Provide regular feedback and updates on key issues and concerns.
* Ensure quality delivery of the above key activities
* Adherence to HR policies and processes
**Corporate HR:**
* Submit accurate and timely reports: eg IDP analysis, monthly training report, exit reports, motiv8, recruitment tracker \& planner, contract employee data, etc.
* Actively participate in development of new initiatives and roll outs.
**Recruitment \& Selection**
* Support and ensure completeness of RR forms.
* Facilitate and support accurate and qualitative role profiles.
* Sourcing relevant candidates in line with business requirements.
* Co\-ordinate \& participate in selection process.
* Action offer and appointment of selected candidates
* Ensure pre joining / admin arrangements: seating, email id, system, business cards, id card etc.
* Facilitate accurate completion of joining formalities.
* Submit accurate and timely Resource Planner \& tracker.
**Learning \& Development**
* Submit timely \& accurate training MIS
* Coordinate training logistics for regional roll outs
* Conduct/facilitate HR related programs
* Ensure completeness, quality and timeliness of IDP’s, subsequently training need analysis.
* Arrange and co\-ordinate for new joinee induction and on the job training.
**Performance Management**
* Facilitate motiv8 \- KPIs setting, career aspirations, mid term and annual performance assessment.
* Submit accurate and timely report on overall assessment and target achievement
**Talent**
* Assist to identify existing talents, career planning and succession
**Employee Engagement**
* Co\-ordinate \& conduct Open house session.
* Drive EOS implementation and action plans. Update action plan progress on EOS reporting system.
* Drive all rewards and recognitions programs. Facilitate and co\-ordinate identification of potential awardees and timely submission of awardees achievement details. Organise felicitation ceremonies.
* Organise events / activities such as birthday parties, picnic etc.
* Grievance handling – record and resolve issues
**HR Operations**
* Ensure compliance to ISO guidelines / procedures
* Maintain employee personnel files
* Coordinate for various letters as per employee requisition eg: salary, address proofs etc.
* Ensure statutory compliance with regards to shops and establishments, contract labour license, etc.
* Coordinate and follow\-up confirmation process completion, mediclaim, etc
* Support and coordinate employee transfers.
* Verify \& process vendor invoices
* Complete exit formalities such as exit interview, handover, clearance certificate \& coordination on acceptance of resignation letter, settlement cheque / relieving letter etc.
* Provide payroll inputs such as joiners/ leavers, LTA, overtime, bank account details, LWP, etc.
* Collect, collate and timely submit investment proofs.
* Coordinate, submit \& monitor annual leave plans
* Coordinate \& ensure new / replacement of contract employees.
* Submit timely \& accurate reports such as FTE/contract headcount, overtime details, exit report, EMS reports etc.
