**Location:** South Delhi (On\-site) **Work Schedule:** 6 days/week **Experience:** 3–6 years **Compensation:** ₹5–₹9 LPA (Fixed) \+ Variables Pay \+ Incentives **About Prime Ambit** Prime Ambit Private Limited is a technology and consulting firm focused on AI, Web3 infrastructure, automation systems, and scalable digital architecture. We operate in a high\-velocity environment where innovation and execution go hand in hand. We are currently launching a comprehensive HR consulting and services sub\-brand, and we require a strong operational lead to build and manage our internal infrastructure while supporting external consulting mandates. **The Role** We are looking for an execution\-focused **Manager of HR \& Operations** , working directly alongside the Founder to drive cross\-functional operations. In this role, you will build and manage systems from the ground up along with maintaining existing ones. Your core mandate is to run the internal operations of the company—establishing our HR infrastructure and enforcing a daily operating rhythm across teams. Alongside internal operations, you will also support the delivery of broad external HR consulting projects. The compensation will also include performance based variable pay and incentives tied to the business outcomes. **What You Will Do** **1\. Internal HR \& Culture** * **Own the Employee Lifecycle:** Manage sourcing, screening, onboarding, and exit processes for all internal roles. * **Build HR Hygiene:** Set up and maintain onboarding checklists, contracts, attendance/leave tracking, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * **Performance Management:** Run structured performance appraisal cycles, ensuring personnel are in the right roles with clear expectations. **2\. Founder’s Office Execution** * **Drive the Operating Rhythm:** Translate strategic priorities into daily execution across all teams (sales, tech, design, delivery). * **Cross\-Team Tracking:** Maintain and strictly manage a Master Execution Tracker—ensuring clear owners, deadlines, and evidence\-based status updates. * **Problem Solving:** Act as the first line of defense for operational escalations. Resolve day\-to\-day issues independently and escalate to the Founder only when necessary, always bringing proposed solutions. **3\. Client HR Deliverables** * **Consulting Support:** Support external client mandates across our gamut of HR services, which includes HR Strategy \& Org Design, Performance Management, L\&D, Compensation \& Benefits, and Digital HR transformations. * **Fulfillment Tracking:** Ensure client project deliverables, service metrics, and closure timelines are moving predictably week\-on\-week across all service pillars. **4\. Sales Enablement \& Pipeline** * **Pipeline Hygiene:** Track outbound sales activity, lead volumes, and meeting schedules for our various HR consulting offerings to ensure clear next steps for the sales team. * **CRM Oversight:** Ensure all leads and touchpoints are properly documented in trackers/CRMs to support outreach workflows. **How You Will Operate** * **High Agency:** If a process is broken, you fix it; if a policy is missing, you draft it, secure alignment, and roll it out. * **Obsessive Organization:** You have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. You rely on trackers, dashboards, and data accuracy to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. * **Clear Communication:** You possess excellent written and spoken English. You communicate with clarity, professionalism, and a direct approach. * **Resilience:** You remain calm under pressure, navigate ambiguity effectively, and independently prioritize what matters most for the business. **What’s In It For You** * **Direct Business Exposure:** Get unfiltered exposure to building a business unit. We strongly prefer to promote from within. **This Role Is NOT For You If:** * You require a remote/hybrid setup or a predictable 9\-to\-5 corporate environment. * You prefer to specialize in a single HR lane and do not want involvement in broader business operations, full\-stack HR consulting projects, or cross\-team tracking. * You thrive most in environments where established systems and step\-by\-step instructions are already in place, rather than building them yourself.
