Job Description
**HR \& Admin Manager** Company: Axen Apparel – Export\-oriented garment manufacturer specializing in cotton knits (hoodies, t\-shirts, polos, etc.) Location: Gajumatta, Lahore (On\-site) Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am till 6:00 pm **Overview:** We are seeking an experienced HR \& Admin Manager to handle recruitment, employee relations, administration, and coordination with external government departments. The ideal candidate must have strong hiring capabilities and active market connections. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding. * Build and maintain strong hiring pipelines through market contacts and agencies. * Oversee HR operations: attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, company policies. * Handle all admin tasks: office management, procurement, vendor management, travel arrangements. * Liaise with external government departments for documentation, compliance, and official processes. * Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies. * Support management with reporting and day\-to\-day operational tasks. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in HR and admin roles. * Strong recruitment skills and solid market connections. * Experience dealing with government departments. * Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. **Package:** * The starting gross salary will be in the range of PKR 110,000 to PKR 160,000, with future increments \& bonuses based on performance.
