We are looking for a passionate
**Manager HCM–OD**
to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy, strengthening organizational culture, and driving impactful HR initiatives.
**Job Description:**
* **Organizational Development:**
Design and implement OD initiatives, including performance management/evaluation, succession planning, and competency frameworks
* **Talent Management:**
Develop training programs, manage employee career pathways, and support talent acquisition
* **Culture Development \& Policy Compliance:**
Foster a positive, inclusive culture; Create and Implement Policies in line with best HR Practices
* **Employer Branding:**
Build a strong presence on Social Media Platforms to get higher retention rates, better productivity, and a competitive edge in finding the right candidates
* **Strategic Advisory:**
Partner with senior leadership to align human capital strategies with business goals
* **HR Technology \& Operations:**
Oversee HRIS and implement best suitable tools/applications to manage and track staff productivity
* **Experience:**
Min. 5\-7 years hands\-on post qualification experience in people management \& organizational development
* **Qualifications \& Skills:**
+ BS/MBA/MHR/MS (Human Resources)
+ Preferably holding a SHRM/CPID Certification
+ Proven ability to manage teams, drive change
+ Excellent Communication and organizational skills
+ Critical thinking and problem solving skills
