Manager - Cloud Engineer.MGN Pak - MIT/Tech/Cloud.MIT - PAKCOE

The Mashreq cloud platform team is seeking to recruit an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Subject Matter Expert to lead cloud cost optimisation and shape cost\-effective strategies throughout the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with finance, IT, engineering, and business units to initiate and support cost reduction efforts and ensure resources are allocated appropriately. Applicants should have 5–8 years of experience with Azure cloud, in\-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure, automation tools, and multi\-cloud environments, along with relevant certifications. The role involves managing incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and making technical decisions that ensure high availability and compliance with cloud governance policies. To excel in this role, you will need strong analytical thinking and attention to detail (both rated 4 in our competency framework), as well as robust planning and organisational skills, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to build positive interpersonal relationships (all rated 3\).
