**Overview**
As the Global Sales Account Unit Director, you will lead the overarching sales strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will oversee a team of high\-performing sales professionals across sectors and geographies, fostering collaboration among cross\-functional teams to deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, establishing robust client relationships, and enhancing organizational synergies.
**Responsibilities**
* Define and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with organizational objectives and cybersecurity trends.
* Identify and target potential customers to expand the client base and establish new business opportunities.
* Cultivate connections with potential leads through diverse communication platforms, building a strong pipeline of prospects.
* Comprehend customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to customize product or service solutions accordingly.
* Lead the management and prioritization of leads within the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient follow\-up and closing.
* Conduct impactful sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with key stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with C\-level executives, acting as a trusted advisor in cybersecurity solutions.
* Work in tandem with the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals, driving collective success.
* Provide valuable insights to improve sales strategies, product development, and go\-to\-market approaches.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, delivery, and channel partners, to develop and execute comprehensive client solutions.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
* Represent the organization at industry events and forums to enhance visibility, branding, and thought leadership.
* Leverage insights from internal business units and external partnerships to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation.
**Qualifications**
* 12\-15\+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, account management, or business development.
* Proven success in leading regional sales teams ; Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work across sales, marketing, technical, and channel teams to deliver results.
* Outstanding track record of success managing enterprise accounts and opportunities to closure, consistent over\-attainment of quotas
**Education**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are desirable but not mandatory.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, technologies, and partner ecosystems.
* Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance analytics.
