Machine Learning Scientist

**Role Overview** As a Machine Learning Data Scientist, you will analyze large datasets, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to develop scalable ML solutions. **Key Responsibilities** • Analyze structured and unstructured data • Build and optimize machine learning models • Develop end\-to\-end ML pipelines (data → preprocessing → modeling → deployment) • Collaborate with engineering teams for production deployment • Perform feature engineering and model evaluation • Communicate insights to stakeholders **Requirements** • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field • 3\+ years of experience in data science or machine learning • Strong proficiency in Python • Experience with Scikit\-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch • Hands\-on experience with Pandas and NumPy • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics • Experience with SQL and large datasets • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus **Nice to Have** • Experience with deep learning or NLP • Knowledge of MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience with Spark or Hadoop **Work Setup** • Remote / Offshore • Flexible hours (with some overlap required) **What We Offer** • Competitive compensation • Long\-term projects • Growth opportunities • Collaborative work environment
