**Job Description: Luxury Sales Consultant – Selfridges, Oxford Street \-
Immediate Start**
We are currently seeking Full\-Time Sales Consultants for MaxMara in Selfridges.
\> Contract type: Permanent
\> Availability: Full Time \- 40 hours per week.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards
* Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team
* Clientele activities
* Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized;
* Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge;
* Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
* Deals with customer queries and complaints;
* Acts as ambassador of the customer\-centric logic within the store;
**Profile:**
**The ideal candidate will:**
* Demonstrate good conversational English.
* Have relevant experience in luxury retail.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service
* Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals and have worked to KPIs.
* Continuously maintain high standards.
* **At least 1 year of relevant experience is a minimum**
