Additionally, we are Whistler's largest conference resort hotel, offering 5 unique dining outlets, a slope\-side Health Club, and 519 guestrooms and suites. **Job Description** **Luxury Experience Manager** Providing engaging, sincere, personalized service is one of the ways our Luxury Experience Manager is turning moments into special memories for our guests at Fairmont Hotels \& Resorts. This newly curated position is intended to elevate our luxury service by enhancing our VIP and recognition program at the resort. Demonstrate your unique ability to connect with our guests and ensure they have an experience of a lifetime! **Salary Range:** $67,000 \- $70,000 gross annually, based on experience and education **Job Duties Include** * Lead and manage all aspects of the VIP arrival experience by ensuring all service standards are followed from the point of arrival at the Front Door, porterage and room experience. * Oversee a team of Luxury Experience Coordinators * Develop and elevate the Chateau Butler program alongside Fairmont Gold. * Execute the VIP experience from pre\-arrival communication, itinerary planning, meet and greet upon arrival and departure, as well as mid\-stay check\-ins. * Oversee Front Door arrival with personal greetings for all VIP’s with presence during peak arrival times * Be present in the lobby, welcoming all guests by greeting, escorting and/or directing guests. * Enact and lead hotel teams in recognizing loyalty guests, return guests, designated VIPs \& Owners. * Have the necessary skills and training to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented * Liaise with the Leadership team to co\-ordinate the welcome/farewell of guests to/from the hotel, including Owners, VIPs, return and long stay guests. * Coordinate with Guest Services, In Room Dining and Housekeeping to inspect rooms allocated for VIP’s **Qualifications** * Must possess a professional presentation * Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required * Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times * Highly organized with an attention to detail, career and result oriented with the ability to be flexible with hours, days off, assignment and additional duties * Ability to work with a high luxury mindset in all activities **Job Perks \& Benefits** * Subsidized staff accommodation provided * Complimentary meal in our staff cafeteria per shift * Access to our Employee Travel Program, with discounts on room rates and food \& beverage at Fairmont \& Accor properties worldwide * Hotel leisure benefits including Golf/Ski passes Additional Information **Visa Requirements** : To progress with your application, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
