This role involves overseeing daily lounge operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining service quality standards, implementing efficient operational procedures, coordinating with other departments, and addressing guest feedback. Additional duties include driving revenue and cost efficiency while fostering a positive team environment to achieve business goals. **Qualifications** * Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills * Expertise in customer service, hospitality operations, and guest experience management * Sound knowledge of food \& beverage services and lounge atmosphere management * Ability to handle financial reporting, budget management, and revenue optimization * Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and organizational skills * Proven ability to ensure high\-quality and consistent service standards * Proficiency in hospitality software and relevant tools * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; certification in hospitality operations is advantageous * Experience in a managerial role, preferably in luxury lounges or fine dining establishments, is preferred
