We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Structural Lead** to oversee all structural engineering efforts in Louisiana. You will have the chance to work on a diverse array of projects, from new constructions to replacements, and play a key role in the expansion of our bridge group. This position offers a platform to showcase your expertise, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization **Key Responsibilities** * Lead all structural engineering efforts in Louisiana. * Oversee structural projects in Louisiana, including traditional and alternative delivery. * Collaborate with a large bridge group within the company. * Facilitate work sharing across the organization, contributing to over 100 active projects within the structures group. **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. * Licensed Structural Engineer in Louisiana, preferred. * Experience managing a team of engineers. * 10\-20 years of progressive bridge/structural design experience. * A minimum of 4 years of experience working with LADOTD, preferred. * Strong verbal communication and analytical skills. * Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenBridge Modeler, InRoads and/or Open Roads Designer. * Proficiency in structural analysis software such as OpenBridge Designer, Merlin, Leap Steel, CSI Bridge or other similar bridge design software. * Familiar with DOT Design Guidelines and Standards, AASHTO LRFD Design Guidelines. * Valid driver’s license. **Equal Opportunity Employer**
