The primary responsibilities include managing and processing LLC registration applications, assisting clients with documentation, troubleshooting registration issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role requires consistent client interaction, both over the phone and in\-person, to provide exceptional customer service and clarity around the registration process. **Qualifications** * Experience with LLC Registration and related regulatory processes * Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction * Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally * Knowledge or experience with Patient Registration processes is beneficial * Detail\-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work collaboratively in an on\-site team environment * Familiarity with U.S. business and legal systems is an advantage * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred
