Legal Network Manager — Pan India

Legodesk is a Bengaluru\-based legaltech company specializing in debt recovery using legal frameworks like SARFAESI, IBC, and DRT proceedings. We serve banks, NBFCs, ARCs, and law firms across India. We're looking for a sharp, relationship\-driven Legal Network Manager to be the connective tissue between our clients and a growing Pan India lawyer ecosystem. **What you'll own** 1\. **Lawyer Sourcing \& Case Assignment** Identify, evaluate, and engage qualified lawyers across India for client cases — matching the right advocate to the right matter based on jurisdiction, domain expertise, and capacity. 2\. **Client\-Lawyer Coordination on Legodesk** Act as the central coordinator between clients and lawyers, ensuring all interactions, updates, and escalations are tracked and managed end\-to\-end on Legodesk. 3\. **Document \& Artifact Management** Ensure legal documents, notices, case files, and supporting artifacts are delivered to lawyers accurately and on time — with zero gaps in the chain of custody. 4 **.Relationship Management** Build and nurture long\-term relationships with both clients and lawyers — resolving conflicts, managing expectations, and ensuring consistent service quality on both sides. 5\. **Lawyer Network Expansion \& Onboarding** Proactively grow Osettl's lawyer network across geographies, conduct due diligence, onboard verified advocates, and maintain an up\-to\-date network database. **You should have** * LLB or equivalent legal background preferred — * 2–5 years in legal ops, legal BPO, legaltech, or related roles — * Familiarity with debt recovery frameworks * Comfort using legal practice management tools (Legodesk or similar) — * Strong communication in English \+ Kannada \+ Hindi Existing network of lawyers across multiple states is a strong advantage **Responsibilities** * Are a people person who can earn trust quickly — * Take ownership without needing to be told twice — * Can manage many moving parts calmly and precisely — * Are curious about how technology is reshaping legal practice — * Are comfortable with cross\-city coordination and occasional travel — Are excited about building something from the ground up
