**Job Title \- Legal Counsel** **Location \- Mumbai, Kolkata** **Experience\- 10\-15 Years** **Job Description\-** 1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); 2. Must have knowledge of and experience in reviewing and negotiating all types of Information Technology related contracts; 3. Must be able to independently handle contract reviews and negotiations with minimum supervision; 4. Must have excellent communication and team collaboration skills; 5. Must have proactive approach 6. Desirable experience in Outsourcing, IT/ ITES or Technology License transactions.
