Your Role – A True Business Partner As Legal Counsel, you will be a proactive partner to commercial, project, and management teams delivering clear, pragmatic, and solution\-oriented legal guidance. You will help mitigate risks while unlocking opportunities. You will be part of a globally connected Legal \& Compliance organization, collaborating across jurisdictions and accessing international expertise and best practices. Your Role At Siemens, Legal is a strategic partner driving innovation and transformation. You will: * Work on high\-impact projects shaping infrastructure, digitalization, and sustainability * Advise on high\-impact decisions, working closely with business leaders influencing outcomes with commercially focused legal guidance. * Collaborate with diverse teams across regions and jurisdictions, gaining exposure to complex cross\-border matters. * Grow through challenging assignments and a strong global Legal community. * Contribute to a culture of integrity, ownership, and accountability * Be part of a forward\-looking Legal function embracing digital tools, innovation, new business models and continuous improvement. How You Will Make an Impact * Provide clear, practical, and commercially sound legal advice to support business decisions * Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, like commercial, project, framework, and technology agreements * Support tendering activities by identifying legal risks and shaping mitigation strategies * Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and internal policies * Collaborate with external counsel, including UAE legal advisors * Advise on intellectual property, software licensing, and digital business models * Support claims, disputes, and pre\-litigation matters * Develop legal templates, guidelines, and training materials * Collaborate with Legal and business colleagues globally and contribute to Legal initiatives and deliver training to internal stakeholders **What You Bring** * Fully qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials * In\-house experience, ideally in a multinational environment * Strong contract negotiation and risk management capabilities * Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and provide clear, practical, and actionable advice * Experience with international contract standards and cross\-border matters * Pragmatic, solution\-oriented mindset with sound judgment * Ability to thrive in a matrix organization and manage competing priorities * Highest level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism * Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage I **ntegrity \& Inclusion** At Siemens, we are committed to conducting business with integrity, responsibility, and transparency.
