**Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts (Contract)** Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking to appoint a Legal Counsel with strong commercial contracts experience on a contract basis to support its in\-house legal team during a period of increased workload. **The Opportunity** This role will involve advising on a broad range of commercial contract matters and supporting key business activities. It offers exposure to high\-quality work within a well\-established and collaborative legal function. **Key Responsibilities** • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts • Providing clear, pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders • Supporting ongoing projects and general legal team workload **Candidate Profile** • Qualified lawyer with strong experience in commercial contracts • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast\-paced environment **Additional Information** • Contract position • Immediate availability or short notice preferred
