Job Description
**Legal Counsel – IT / Commercial**
We are working working on a strong
**Legal Counsel opportunity**
with a well\-known international consumer technology business operating at scale across Europe.
This role sits as a
**dedicated business partner**
to a key commercial division, supporting a fast\-paced, product\-led environment across retail, online and partner channels.
**The role:**
* Broad mix of
**commercial contracts**
, including IT and SaaS agreements
* Advising on
**marketing, promotions and consumer law**
* Supporting
**distribution models, reseller arrangements and competition matters**
* Acting as a
**day\-to\-day legal contact**
for sales, marketing and operations
* Contributing to
**playbooks, templates and process improvements**
**What they’re looking for:**
* \~6–10 PQE (flexible)
* Strong grounding in
**commercial / technology contracts**
* Experience operating in a
**business\-facing, stakeholder\-heavy environment**
* Someone who can give
**clear, pragmatic advice**
