Legal Counsel

We are working with a **leading, diversified family\-owned holding group in Dubai** to appoint an experienced **Legal Counsel** . This is a senior in\-house role supporting **Board\-level governance, corporate affairs, and group\-wide legal operations** , working closely with the **Chairman’s Office and senior stakeholders** . **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide legal and governance support at Board and shareholder level * Draft and review corporate documentation, resolutions and formal correspondence * Support group\-wide legal structuring, entity management and corporate records * Act as the primary liaison with external legal advisors * Support commercial documentation and internal agreements * Contribute to strengthening in\-house legal processes and governance frameworks **Candidate Profile:** * UK or European qualified lawyer * 4–8 years PQE (flexible for exceptional candidates) * Background in reputable private practice and/or strong in\-house exposure * Solid experience in corporate and governance matters * Strong drafting skills and attention to detail * Currently based in Dubai
