The Millwright Regional Council is currently hiring an in\-house lawyer for the full\-time permanent position of **Legal Counsel – Labour \& Employment** based in Toronto with a national scope across Canada. Salary range is $125,000 \- $145,000 plus benefits and pension. This is a unique opportunity for a lawyer interested in labour relations, collective bargaining, arbitration, and construction/industrial labour law. The role works directly with leadership and plays a hands\-on role in labour relations matters, jurisdictional disputes, and workforce strategy across multiple provinces.
