Legal Counsel

We are partnering with a Global giant seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join its dynamic in\-house legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast\-paced, brand\-driven environment, supporting a globally recognised business at the forefront of innovation, creativity, and craftsmanship. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide high\-quality, commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of matters, with a strong emphasis on general commercial contracts * Act as a key legal partner to the marketing and brand teams, advising on campaigns, advertising, sponsorships, influencer agreements, and digital content * Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including supplier, distribution, licensing, and collaboration contracts * Advise on legal and regulatory issues relating to marketing, promotions, and consumer\-facing initiatives * Support on intellectual property matters, including brand protection, licensing, and enforcement (highly advantageous) * Work closely with cross\-functional stakeholders across the business, including commercial, product, and senior leadership teams * Manage external counsel where required and ensure cost\-effective delivery of legal services * Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies, processes, and training **Key Requirements** * Qualified lawyer with 5–8 years’ post\-qualification experience, ideally gained in a leading law firm and/or in\-house environment * Strong general commercial experience, with a proven track record of drafting and negotiating complex agreements * Demonstrated experience supporting marketing and brand teams in a consumer\-facing business * Intellectual property experience is highly advantageous, particularly within a brand\-led or luxury environment * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders * Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions\-oriented * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities If you have the skills above and would like to discuss the opportunity in more detail, please kindly share your CV with Sarah sturnbull@kgglobal.co.uk
