Legal Counsel

**We’re Hiring: Legal Counsel – Real Estate Development (Dubai, On\-Site)** We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with a solid background in UAE real estate development to support our operations and advise on legal matters related to projects and commercial agreements. **About the Role** This position focuses on providing practical legal support for off\-plan developments, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Draft, review, and negotiate off\-plan Sale \& Purchase Agreements (SPAs), reservation forms, and buyer documentation * Oversee legal aspects of development projects, including structuring, approvals, and compliance * Ensure adherence to DLD, RERA, and applicable UAE property regulations * Advise management on legal risks and mitigation strategies * Support escrow account setup and compliance with off\-plan laws * Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (contractors, consultants, suppliers) * Liaise with external counsel, banks, and authorities * Assist with dispute resolution and pre\-litigation matters * Support corporate governance and internal compliance **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Law * Minimum 5\+ years UAE experience, with real estate developer background * Strong knowledge of off\-plan sales, escrow regulations, and UAE property law * Experience in corporate and commercial legal matters * Proven contract drafting and negotiation skills * Strong analytical and communication abilities * Fluency in English Please apply via LinkedIn or submit your CV to info@emiliondevelopment.com \#LegalJobs \#DubaiJobs \#InHouseCounsel \#RealEstate \#UAECareers
