We partner closely with operators and founders, taking a hands\-on approach to building durable, scalable assets. Role Overview Communsquare is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to lead SEC filings and regulatory compliance for the fund. This role is ideal for a securities or fund attorney who wants meaningful ownership and strategic influence in a growing investment platform. You will work directly with fund leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, support fund operations, and help establish strong legal foundations as Communsquare scales.
