The Lecturer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging course content, conducting lectures, workshops, and tutorials. They will assess and grade students' performance, provide academic guidance, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in departmental meetings and professional development initiatives. The role also involves fostering a positive learning environment and staying updated with advancements in the respective field. **Qualifications** * Strong academic background and subject matter expertise in the relevant field * Excellent teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills * Proficiency in curriculum design, lesson planning, and student evaluation * Effective communication, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities * Strong organizational and time management skills * Commitment to fostering academic growth and professional development among students * Relevant academic qualification, preferably a Master's or higher degree in the subject area * Previous teaching experience in higher education institutions is highly desirable
