Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Manager/Lead to support and optimize key aspects of our supply chain, customer success, and go\-to\-market strategy. The ideal candidate will work cross\-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure business growth and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Supply Chain \& Logistics Management
* Ensure timely availability of inventory across all markets.
* Coordinate logistics operations to ensure seamless delivery and stock movement.
* Cross\-Functional Collaboration \& Customer Success
* Liaise with technical and operations teams to promptly resolve customer issues.
* Coordinate with product promoters to boost on\-ground sales performance.
* Sales \& Profitability Management
* Track and maintain positive EBITDA for each sales channel.
* Recommend strategies for revenue growth and cost optimization.
* Marketing \& Brand Building
* Contribute to the development of branding and promotional strategies.
* Manage digital marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and engagement.
* Pricing Strategy \& Competitive Analysis
* Benchmark product pricing against competitors.
* Recommend data\-driven pricing models to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
**Skills \& Competencies**
* Strong analytical and business acumen
* Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams
* Knowledge of supply chain processes and digital marketing tools
* Self\-motivated with a growth mindset and problem\-solving ability
* Willingness to travel across India as needed
