Lead Planning - Civil

Position: Lead Planning Civil Location: Lahore Experience Required: 7–9 Years **Job Overview:** We are seeking a competent and experienced Lead Planning Civil to oversee building and development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating with teams, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise civil works for building/development projects * Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress using Primavera * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams * Ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards * Manage site teams and ensure smooth execution of daily activities * Prepare project reports and track milestones effectively * Identify risks and propose practical solutions to maintain timelines **Requirements:** * BS in Civil Engineering * 7 to 9 years of experience in building/development projects with reputable organizations * Proficiency in Primavera (knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage) * Strong communication and team management skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package * Growth\-oriented work environment * Opportunity to work on high\-impact projects
