**Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant – Accounts Payable \& Vendor Invoice Audit (Retainer Basis)** **Engagement Type:** Retainer / Contract **Duration:** 6 months to 1 year **Work Mode:** Work from Home **Travel Requirement:** May require travel to overseas client location abroad for approximately one month **Role Overview** We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) with strong experience in **Accounts Payable and vendor invoice auditing** . The role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in vendor payments and audit processes for client engagements. **Key Responsibilities** * Review, validate, and audit vendor invoices for accuracy, compliance, and contractual adherence * Review Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, approvals, and reconciliations * Identify discrepancies, duplicate payments, and potential process gaps and recommend corrective actions * Support process improvements and standardization initiatives within the AP function * Use SAP effectively for invoice processing, reporting, and reconciliations **Eligibility \& Experience** * Qualified **Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA)** * **5–7 years of experience** in Accounts Payable operations and/or vendor invoice audit * Prior experience in handling audits, controls, and compliance reviews is essential **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong working knowledge of **SAP (mandatory)** * Advanced **Excel skills** , including data analysis and reconciliation * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently in a remote setup * Willingness to travel internationally, if required **About Us** A technology, process and risk consulting firm providing digital transformation, ERP, BI and analytics, cybersecurity, GRC, automation and IT strategy services across multiple industries, backed by decades of advisory experience and a global network. **Life at PKF** At PKF, we hold our people in the highest regard and are deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and non\-hierarchical work environment.
