Lead Machine Learning Engineer

🚀 **Lead Machine Learning Engineer (MLOps)** 📍 **Location:** Abu Dhabi We’re looking for an experienced **Lead MLOps Engineer** to own and scale the end\-to\-end ML lifecycle in a regulated financial services environment. You’ll ensure AI solutions are reliably deployed, monitored, and maintained in production. 💡 What you’ll do: * Own the full **MLOps lifecycle** (CI/CD, model registry, monitoring, production readiness) * Design and standardise **MLflow\-based model management** and workflows * Build and manage **CI/CD pipelines** for ML assets aligned with best practices * Integrate ML workflows into enterprise **DevOps and governance frameworks** * Define deployment architectures (batch, streaming, real\-time inference) * Implement **monitoring, alerting, and diagnostics** for model performance * Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards * Lead **incident response** and continuous improvement of ML operations 🔍 What we’re looking for: * 8\+ years’ experience in **MLOps / ML Engineering / DevOps / Data Engineering** * Proven experience managing **production ML systems** in enterprise environments **Key skills:** * ML platforms \& workflow orchestration (e.g. Databricks) * Strong **Python engineering** (testing, packaging, Git) * **MLflow** (experiment tracking, model registry, versioning) * **CI/CD for ML** pipelines and release processes * Monitoring, observability, and model performance management
