Lead 1 Year Old Teacher

**Overview** We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher for our 1 year old class to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves working closely with 1yr old children to support their growth, development, and learning through engaging activities and individualized attention. **Duties** * Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. * Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with special educational requirements. * Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration. * Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. * Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. * Maintain a clean \& sanitized classroom at all times **Skills** * Experience working with Infant/Toddler students is essential. * Provide a loving and nurturing environment for the children * Proficiency in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members. * Ability to implement effective classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior among students. * Ability to work in a fast paced environment ensuring all needs of the toddlers are met * Join us in shaping the future of our youngest learners by providing them with the foundational skills they need for lifelong success! \-Willing to obtain mandated reporter training, CPR certification within 60 days of hire (company paid), courses on medication administration, health and safety \& maintain 12 clock hours per year.
