**Position:** Lawyers (Legal \& Compliance) **Type:** Hourly contract **Compensation:** $7\-$11/hr **Location:** Remote **Commitment:** 2 Weeks **Role Responsibilities** * Perform legal analysis and interpret case materials, statutes, and regulatory frameworks * Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance * Draft clear, structured legal content including memos, summaries, and analyses * Identify legal risks, issues, and inconsistencies across documents and scenarios * Support regulatory and compliance\-related evaluations across different domains * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to align legal insights with project requirements * Ensure consistency, precision, and clarity in high\-volume legal review tasks **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) * Valid bar qualification or license preferred * Strong understanding of legal principles, contract law, and regulatory frameworks * Experience in law firms, in\-house counsel roles, compliance, contracts, or litigation support * Excellent analytical thinking, legal reasoning, and research skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English * High attention to detail and ability to handle structured review tasks **Good\-to\-Have Skills** * Experience in contract review and legal drafting * Strong issue\-spotting and legal research capabilities * Familiarity with compliance interpretation and regulatory advisory * Exposure to cross\-border legal frameworks or corporate law **Application Process** * Apply \& submit form * Complete assessment (if shortlisted) * Onboarding \& start work
