We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate to join a boutique law firm focused on debtor/creditor law, with a strong emphasis on mortgage enforcement and real estate transactions for financial institutions. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of lawyers and law clerks in a dynamic and growing practice. **Responsibilities** * Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish * Act for lenders on mortgage transactions and enforcement matters * Prepare and review closing documents for purchases, sales, and refinances * Draft and manage mortgage enforcement documentation, including power of sale proceedings * Advise clients on real estate and lending matters * Collaborate with law clerks and other team members to ensure efficient file management **Qualifications** * 5\-7 years of experience as a Real Estate Lawyer * Strong experience in real estate transactions (minimum 4\+ years required) * Experience with mortgage enforcement and power of sale is preferred * Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario * Ability to manage files independently with strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and client management skills
