The Lawyer will provide legal counsel and representation in a variety of practice areas, including civil litigation, family law, and criminal law. Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, conducting legal research, offering strategic advice, and collaborating with colleagues on case strategy. The Lawyer will also interact directly with clients to understand their needs and advocate on their behalf to achieve the best outcomes. **Qualifications** * Expertise in Civil Litigation, Family Law, and Criminal Law * Proficient in preparing and drafting legal documents and contracts * Strong skills in legal research and the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations * Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively advocate for and advise clients * Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with excellent organizational and time\-management skills * Experience with client representation in court and conflict resolution * Professionalism, integrity, and a client\-first approach * Licensed to practice law in Ontario and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
