**ABOUT** LYNX Partners is an internationally oriented legal and tax consulting boutique headquartered in Dubai. We advise entrepreneurs, investors and small\-to\-medium\-sized enterprises on the structuring and execution of their business activities in the United Arab Emirates. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Providing high\-level legal advice on UAE company formations, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore structures * Leading M\&A mandates, from due diligence to the drafting and negotiation of share purchase agreements (SPAs) * Drafting and reviewing complex commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and employment frameworks tailored to UAE Labor Law * Developing strategic legal frameworks for international holding companies and asset protection vehicles * Navigating clients through AML, UBO, and ESR requirements within the UAE jurisdiction **YOUR PROFILE** * Successfully completed legal studies (e.g., State Exam, Master of Laws, or equivalent), ideally with a focus on corporate or tax law * Proven track record in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department, ideally with international exposure * Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus, e.g., German, Russian, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian) * Ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical, commercially sound solutions **WHAT WE OFFER** * A central role in a fast\-growing boutique firm at the heart of Dubai's business hub * An attractive, performance\-based salary package that reflects your expertise * A tech\-oriented, efficient work culture **FRAMEWORK** * Start: flexible * Scope: to be agreed (part\-time is possible) * Workplace: remote or in our office in Dubai **APPLICATION** Please send your CV and a short motivation letter (in German or English) tocareer@lynxpartners.ae
